Return Policy

All Products:	All products are guaranteed to be free from material defects. Contact customer service to arrange for a replacement if you have a problem.
Books:	Books may be returned within 15 days after receipt. Returned books must be in saleable condition, and sent postpaid with insurance being the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept COD packages.
Software:	Software is not available on an examination basis.  A full refund (less shipping) will be provided if media is returned in its unopened package within 15 days after receipt. (Please carefully note System Requirements before purchasing and/or opening media packaging.)
